INGREDIANTS

Ghee                                   50 grams
Salt                                     Required amount
Garlic                                  6
Ginger                                 one piece
Peanut                                100 grams
Spleen amaranth                  one bunch
Coriander                             one bunch
Gram flour                           ¼ gm
Rice flour                             50g
Small onions                        one bowl
Chilly                                   4
Anise seeds                         1 spoon

In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, salt, small onion, spleen amaranth, garlic with little amount of water and mix it like a dosa batter.  Grind ginger, coriander, pepper, and chilly with peanut for taste.  Pour the batter on the dosa tava with little amount of ghee.  Make nice chutney to add more spice to the dish.

This dish has ginger, garlic and onions that has more medicinal values.  It improves blood circulation and this dish is the most wanted dish for couples who wants to get parenthood soon.
