WEIGHT LOSS TIPS AND GUIDENCE

 Have you been trying for a long time to reduce weight and ends up in failure? Here is a blog that helps you to reach your goal of slim and healthy body posture.

  • Start your day by drinking one glass of soaked fenugreek water.  Don't forget to soak 1 tsp of fenugreek, the previous night and drink only the water.

  • Don't skip your breakfast.  Make sure that your breakfast plate has any of these following eatables like oats,nuts,dried fruits, milk, millets, tofu, chicken, fish, cotton cheese, wheat bread with peanut butter.

  • Till you reach your slim and healthy body shape, avoid oily foods, white rice, maida, junk foods, sweets, soft drinks, white sugar, and avoid drinking tea or coffee with milk.

  • Daily walking and exercises are must for more than one hour to burn excess calories.  Follow the habit of sleeping 8 hours that is from 10 p.m to 5 a.m.  lack fo sound sleep aids in weight gain.  Avoid drinking more water after 6 P.M to prevent frequent urination during the night time. 

  •  Avoid heavy or full meals before 2 hr of sleep time, this leads to weight gain.  Excess spicy or acidic foods induces burrp that leads to unwated disturbances during the sound sleep.  

  • Avoid alcohol caffeine, cauliflower, citric foods, broccoli, millets, channa, potatoes, and gasteric foods to prevent bloating during the night time.  The natural sleeping tablet is none other than walnut.  One walnut before sleep is more than enough for good nap.

  • Always try to switch over oils in cooking like using coconut oil, seseme oil,groundnut oil, olive oil, and canola oil to get more health benefits.  Even mustard oil is also good for health.

  • For healthy protein diet, pulses are more important. Instead of tea or coffee, try some herbal tea, green tea,ginger tea, and cinnamon tea added brown sugar also enhances weight loss by burning unwanted fat.  

  • To normalise blood sugar level, drink hot water with cinnamon powder added in it.  Fresh fruits, green vegetables and home grown or organic fresh are good for healthy weight.

  • Probiotics filled curd, barley, yogurt, nuts, lassi, carrot and broccoli are helpful in clearing the digestive food tract and prevents from stomach related diseases.
