TEETH CARE

STRAWBERRIES PASTE:

Take the flush of these berries and mix it with few pinches of salt and make it in the  form of paste. Take a required amount of paste and brush it.  This foam or saliva can be rested in the mouth for four minutes and spit it off.  Wash with cool water.  The result of this remedy is, protection against yellow layer and strong teeth.

For white, sparkling teeth use the following tips.

Lemon and baking soda paste:  To make a homemade paste, add few spoons of baking soda with water or to be more effective add few drops of lemon juice till it forms a thick paste.  After that process, brush it up with this paste and leave it for one minute else the enamel layer will be affected due to the acid content in the lemon.  If water is chosen, then it can be Swished for two or three minutes and then split it.

LIP CARE

During winter, lips get dried or cracked or peeled lips looks painful. A remedy to get rid of it is, use, take half tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of honey and stir it.  Apply it on the lips to remove dry skin.  Now, mix 1tsp of grated beetroot, one pinch of saffron and required amount of butter.  Apply the mixture for 20 min and wipe it off.  This helps in change of lip color and moisturized lips.  For men, carrot can be used instead of beetroot.

POMEGRANATE FOR PINK LIPS

Pomegranate is an ideal fruit to treat dry, dull, black and dehydrated lips.  Take the pulp of pomegranate, milk cream and rose water in a bowl.  Grind one tsp of  pulp with other items and apply it on your lips for 5 min and use lukewarm water to clean the paste. It can be followed once in a while, per day.

Another remedy is to blend the juice of carrot, beetroot and pomegranate in a bowl, damp on the lips and leave it till it gets dried.  Wash of with clear water.
