Black nightshade Chutney

BLACK NIGHTSHADE CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

Ghee.                        3 tsp
Dry red Chilli.             4
Salt.                          Required quantity
Urad dhal.                 1 tsp
Lemon juice.             10 ml
Asoefitida.                 5 g
Black nightshade       1 bunch
Grated coconut.         1 cup

PREPARATION

In fry pan, pour ghee and heat it.  Urad dhal, chilli, asoefitida, coconut should be added in it.  Toss the greens in the mixture and grind it by pouring lemon juice for flavor and taste.  Now, pour the Chutney in a hot oil with Mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix it.
