Mustard seeds. 1 tsp
Coriander leaves. 1/2 cup
Curry leaves. 5
Mulai keerai. 1 bowl
Ginger. 1/2 inch
Onions. 2
Asoefitida 2 tsp
Salt required amount
Dry red Chili. 2
Green chili. 4
Curd. 300 ml
Urad dhal. 2 tsp
PREPARATION
Clean and wash the greens, onions, green chili, and ginger. Chop and Boil onions, greens, asoefitida and ginger. In a pan, add oil, Mustard seeds, urad dhal, red Chili, curry leaves and then pour the boiled ang grinded greens mixture. Transfer into a bowl filled curd and salt. Mix thoroughly till all the ingredients are coated with curd.
MULAI KEERAI DOSA
INGREDIENTS
Mulai keerai. 1 bowl
Ginger 1/2 inch
Green chilli. 3
Salt
Dosa batter. 4 cup
Pepper. 2 tsp
Jeera seeds. 2 tsp
PREPARATION
Grind the pepper, jeera seeds, Ginger, green chilli and then pluck the leaves and grind it with salt. Take dosa batter and whisp the mixture with the batter. Now, In a tawa, pour the batter and make a delicious dosa with curd as a side dish.
MULAI KEERAI CHAPPATHI
INGREDIENTS
Mulai keerai. 1 bowl
Wheat flour. 2 bowls
Salt
Oil. 2 tsp
Green chilli. 3
Poppy seeds. 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 inch
Tomatoes. 3
PREPARATION
Grind the tomatoes, Poppy seeds green chilli and ginger. Pour the contents in a wheat flour and chopped greens filled bowl. Add required amount of salt and mix it. If required, add few amount of water to make a dough. Now, follow the usual procedure to make Chappathi.
MULAI KEERAI GRAVY
INGREDIENTS
Mustard seeds. 1 tsp
Jeera seeds. 1 tsp
Toor dhal. 50 g
Urad dhal. 2 tsp
Chilli powder. 1 tsp
Salt
Grated coconut. 2 tsp
Mulai Keerai. 1 bunch
Dry red Chilli. 2
Asoefitida. 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil. 3 tsp
PREPARATION
Finely chop the onions and cleaned greens in a separate bowl.
In a cooker, add the washed toor dhal, turmeric and asoefitida. Boil the dhal for few minutes.
Take a pan and heat the sesame oil. Sprinkle Mustard seeds, dry red Chilli, urad dhal, onions and stir it. After the onions turn into a glassy texture, add spinach in it. Allow the spinach to boil for few minutes.
Add salt, chilli powder, jeera with the toor dhal.
Let the gravy boil for few minutes. The aroma and taste symbolize that the healthy tasty dish is ready.

PREPARATION
Clean and wash the greens and transfer it in a pan with hot oil. Chop the garlic and add it.
Fry well and off the burner before the greens change the colour.
Grind the mixture and pour it in a bowl. Add salt and pepper for great taste.
It is a fantastic side dish for sandwich, chats and potato fries.
