PALAK KEERAI DELIGHT

INGREDIANTS

Palak leaves                      2 bunches
Peppermint leaves             20-25 leaves
Oil                                   10 tsp
Salt                                 Required quantity
Green chili paste               2 tsp
Pepper powder                  2 tsp
Chopped garlic                  1 tsp
Crushed Paneer                 1/2 cup  

INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING

Cheese                           1/2 cup
Mushroom                      1 cup
Onion                             2

PROCEDURE

Fry the garlic in little amount of oil.   Add the chopped palak leaves, salt, chilli power, crushed paneer, chili paste in a bowl.  Make small bolls with fried garlic and leave it a side.


STUFFING PREPARATION

Now, add chopped onion in a oil and wait till the onion turns into golden brown then fry mushroom, salt and cheese.  Take the palak leaves bolls and place this stuffing inside the boll then for crispness roll it on the bread cramps and fry it.  You will get the healthy and tasty dish for your children and adult as a evening snack.  It is nutritious too because it has mushroom, cheese and palak leaves which is good for diabetic patients.
