STUFFING INGREDIENTS

Banana. 1
Jaggery. 3 tsp
Cardamom powder. 1Tsp
Greated coconut. 6 tsp
Washed thin aavil. 6 tsp
Mash the above ingredients in a bowl and keep a side.

RICE FLOUR MIXTURE

INGREDIENTS

Rice flour. 1 cup
Hot water. 1 glass
Salt. 1/4 tsp
Ghee. 1 tsp

Put rice flour, salt, ghee and mix it with hot water or lukeworm water in a bowl till it gets toothpaste consistency.

Take the round shaped banana leaf equal to idli size. Spread the batter evenly on the leaf. Used small spoon to stuff the stuffing in the rice flour. Close the edges firmly and place it on the idli plates. Close the lid and wait for 10 minutes high flame and 5 minutes low flame. Switch the flame.

Open the lid to see the white, spongy and juicy velson dessert that is warped in a leaf. Without any difficulty, the leafy should fall off from velson. This shows the dessert comes out perfectly.
